Jimmie Swagger is a Chicago based performer, producer, and overall entrepreneur. Getting his start as an internationally competitive cheerleader with one of the world's top all-star teams, Jimmie eventually transitioned into choreography, flexibility, and acrobatic training. After his discovery of burlesque, he was eager to become involved in such an artistic, sensual, and high-energy industry.
Jimmie got his start stage-managing for Naughty Little Cabaret where he was introduced to some industry leaders as well as some of his biggest inspirations. Jimmie continued on as planned to create his own show, Boy Toy's Pocket Cabaret, which is celebrating its 4th year running this October! As creator and producer Jimmie utilizes his education in Business and Marketing to promote and help grow burlesque in Chicago while also fostering new male burlesque performers in the Chicago Industry. BTPC has since gone on to perform as the group "Boytoy Chicago" in cities all over the Midwest including Milwaukee for Milwaukee pride. Through this he has created Dauntless Entertainment Group, Inc which specialized in promotions, event production, and various forms of design.
As a performer, Jimmie likes to embrace his boyish charm as well as his 10+ years of acrobatic experience. He has performed throughout the country in cities like Seattle, New York, Savannah, and more! In 2016 Jimmie Swagger made his international debut at the Vienna Boylesque Festival and has since travel and performed in other international shows and festivals. Through creative reveals, high energy acrobatic transitions, and a boyish charm Jimmie captivates an audience of all gender identities and sexualities which has inspired his tagline of "everyone's favorite boy next door."
Through Dauntless Entertainment Group Jimmie has been involved in many large-scale events including co-producing this year's Satanic Panic Fest and has done promotional items, websites, logos, and design for many of Chicago's productions.
